Registration Fee

| Single-use double room (limited quantity!) | 450 € |
The registration fee includes:
- participation in the workshop,
- accommodation for 2 nights (February 14-16),
- breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee breaks,
- free access to facilities (pools, saunas) in the thermal park Termalia.
Please note, that the number of registrations for single-use rooms is limited and requires approval by the CVWW 2024 Organizers, after you complete the registration form.
If you are part of a larger group of CVWW 2024 attendees, we kindly ask you to optimize room allocation within your group. The name of your preferred roommate can be entered in the form for registration. Single attendees registered for a shared 2-bed room will be assigned another single attendee as a roommate.

The deadline for the payment of the registration fee is February 1, 2024.
Please contact our Finance Chair, Domen Tabernik (domen.tabernik@fri.uni-lj.si) for proforma invoice if you need one. We will be issuing final invoices after the registration fee payment deadline.
